Orders are entered everyday until 3PM CST. Unless item is custom made (Floor Mats / Replacement Flooring etc.), it will ship within 2 days. Custom made items will generally ship within 4-6 business days and ship via Fedex or UPS, sometimes USPS. Tracking numbers are ALWAYS provided for every sale.

Some items will come to you for delivery with signature required. Otherwise, be sure you have a secure location where the package can be stored and out of weather until you can retrieve it.

We want to be sure that you are always 100% satisfied with your purchase, so we offer a 30-day refund or exchange period for most of our items. For ACC Flooring or any of our Floor Mats, ask us for color samples if you are unsure of color.

If you received a product and it was ripped, dirty, had another visible flaw or if the quality was not up to expectations, returning items from is easy. Our 100% satisfaction guarantee lasts a full 30 days after you received your item or items, and simply requires a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Simply call 888.885.MATS or Email for RMA.

KEEP YOUR ORIGINAL PACKAGING Until you are completely sure that your items will work as intended, keep your original packaging and don't install the item. Unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds for items that have been installed, painted, used, cut, drilled or otherwise modified or that do not include their original packaging material.

ADD A TRACKING NUMBER TO YOUR RETURN Shipping charges back to our RMA facility are at your expense, but we do recommend that you send the package in such a way that it can be tracked. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for packages that are lost in transit, even if you do have a tracking number. High-value items that are returned should also include insurance from the carrier of your choice. All items are to be returned at the buyer's expense, and original shipping charges will not be refunded under any circumstance.

If you are shipping your item back to us in the original shipping box, please ensure that all existing labels, stickers or other items are removed from the shipping box before you affix the new return label.

In order to receive a refund, all items must be returned in new condition and without any wear or tear on either the item or the packaging. All packaging must be original, and items must be in great shape so we have the option to resell them. Your payment price will be refunded less a 15% restocking fee as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, shipping charges to our RMA facility are not refundable. Refunds are generally issued within 7 business days after return is received and will be returned to you via your original payment method.
